Scherjon simply delivers the best equipment. We have acquired an entire cheese production line. All components are precisely to size, which is a great advantage. The machinery is very flexible and requires hardly any maintenance. We can make cheese several times a day, with one worker less than before. We are more than happy with the service provided by Scherjon.
