Käserei "Kramershaus"(Emmenthal, Swiss)
This is a traditional company which for years produces the 'Emmenthal' cheese.
In 2000 we installed the prepressvat which helped developing a new appearing successfully cheese.
These days the new cheese "Bonthaler" is produced
