Demoulding cheese

It can be hard to demould the cheese from its cheese moulds. Scherjon Dairy Equipment developed a demoulding unit, which makes it easy to demould cheese from a cheese mould.

Just by pressing one button, the cheese will demould from its cheese mould. The cheese will be blown out of the cheese mould. This saves time, hard work and it won't damage the cheese or the cheese mould.
