Q. How big is a factory/building?
A. This depends completely of the outcome of the questionnaire.

Q. Can the equipment be installed in an existing building?
A. Yes. We engineer the equipment in such a manner it will fit.

Q. What infrastructure is needed?
A. You will need water, electricity, and a sewage system. Your answers in the questionnaire will help us to give you the relevant details.

Q. How much staff is needed?

Q. What educational level should the staff have?
A. Depending on the position in the company from hand workers to senior managers. Staff should have knowledge in dairy processing.

Q. What training is required?
A. Technical training, with regard to hygiene, and processing techniques is required.

Q. Can Scherjon help us with training?
A. Yes. We facilitate training in the Netherlands during installation and upon request.

Q. Do you have a cheesemaker available to start up the factory?
A. Yes. We do have international cheesemakers available.
