Mould washer

The mould washer of Scherjon Dairy Equipment Holland cleans cheese moulds, covers, nets, crates, buckets and other objects very efficient.

There is an automatic mould washer which is integrated in the production/cheese press line,

The manual mould washer is meant to clean smaller quantities of cheese moulds. To start the cleaning program of the mould washer, simply close the cover of the machine. The cleaning of the cheese moulds will stop automatically once the selected amount of time has passed.
