A: This depends completely of the outcome of the questionnaire.


  • Q: Can the equipment be installed in an existing building?

A: Yes. We engineer the equipment in such a manner it will fit.


  • Q: What infrastructure is needed?

A: You will need water, electricity, and a sewage system. Your answers in the questionnaire will help us to give you the relevant details.


  • Q: How much staff is needed?

  • Q: What education level should the staff have?

A: Depending on the position in the company from hand workers to senior managers. Staff should have knowledge in dairy processing.


  • Q: What training is required?

A: Technical training, with regard to hygiene, and processing techniques is required.


  • Q: Can Scherjon help us with training?

A: Yes. We facilitate training in the Netherlands during installation and upon request.


  • Q: Do you have a cheesemaker available to start up the factory?

A: Yes. We do have international cheesemakers available.


  • Q: Do you sell stand-alone machinery?
