To give an example, the cheese processor can be filled with fresh milk even while the pre-press is still in production. Before the curd leaves the pre-press vat it will be cut automatically to the dimensions you select. The weight of each block is determined with great accuracy, so all of them are virtually identical. Scherjon Dairy Equipment developed the pre press vat into three different sizes, the A1 is up to 5.000 Liters, the A2 up to 10.000 Liters, and lastly the A3, which is up to a capacity of 20.000 Liters.
