De Deelen is a cheese farm whose lands border on the beautiful nature reserve “De Deelen” and “De Riperkrite”. Their Riperkrite Tsiis is a household name in the Netherlands and, of course, named after De Riperkrite. This is a rugged nature area with a unique plant growth, where the wind is in control. That character is also reflected in this specialty, which is prepared with a blend of celery, chives and garlic.
