About De Koningshoeven BV “La Trappe”

It has always been a secret wish of mine to make a Trappist Cheese” Says Brother Isaac of the Trappist Abbey in Berkel-Enschot. Now, when a couple of young brothers joined us, the possibility came available. Special engineered for La Trappe, Scherjon delivered state of the art cheese-making equipment in fall 2014. Official opening, and start of production commenced at 9-1-2015.
