A ‘Double o system’ with our proven rapid whey discharge system

The 6,700 cheese vat is exceptional in processing cheeses with herbs. The vat has all required functions for a controlled and predictable process. With integrated whey discharge systems integrated, production times are short. This cheese vat complies with the stringent hygiene, HACCP, GMP and EHEDG standards.
